The Petrussa's estate was established at the beginning of the 1900 and it covers an area of 10 hectares on the south-east part of Friuli Venezia Giulia in the municipality of Prepotto. The philosophy of Paolo and Gianni Petrussa could not be simpler and is reflected in the wines: given that this is not the place for wines of power and intensity, the emphasis is on elegance, fragrance, and purity of varietal expression, obtained at the highest level in the many excellent wines in their line. To cite only a few of the many offerings: the barrels-fermented Chardonnay S. Elena, redolent of white peaches and vanilla; the lightly herbaceous, savory, and mineral Sauvignon; the classic Schioppettino di Prepotto, from the grape which here gives results which it reaches nowhere else.
Not to speak of the exceptional botrytised Verduzzo-based dessert wine, Pensiero, simply a great bottle.

Castel Sallegg is a family-run firm of winegrowers in Caldaro, Alto Adige. Making our own wines mean that we are fully dedicated to Alto Adige’s winegrowing culture and we feel it is our task to bring Alto Adigeean wines to a wider audience of wine-lovers in both Italy and the world.
The vines of Castel Sallegg grow on gentle slopes in the best locations around Lake Caldaro and enjoy an ideal climate for wine at altitudes of between 230 and 550 metres above sea level.
The warm microclimate around Lake Caldaro at 230-280 metres above sea level favours late-ripening, aromatic grape varieties. The vineyards at a height of 550 metres at the Preyhof are however suitable for the cultivation of fruity white wines. Sauvignon Blanc and Blauburgunder [Pinot Nero] find an ideal home at the Leisenhof at some 500 metres above sea level.
The interaction between the soils and the influence of the Mediterranean and Alpine climates determine the unmistakable character of the quality wines produced at Castel Sallegg.
Among the oldest vineyards in South Tyrol's Eisacktal, Strasserhof in Neustift at Vahrn can date its historic walls back to the 11th century - and this traditional vineyard benefits from its altitude
(700 m above sea level), giving it a uniquely sunny position amid idyllic grapevines.
The famous Neustift monastery and the bishopric of Brixen are just a few kilometres away.
The Strasserhof vineyard produces principally white wines, include Müller Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner, Sylvaner, Kerner, Riesling and Gewürztraminer .
5-hectare cultivation at a medium altitude of 680-750 m above sea level provides ideal conditions for top quality wines with unique flavour. The sunny, south-west facing position of the 2 to 45-year-old vines and the light, sandy, gravelly soil conditions are vital to the elegant, fruity freshness of our white wines. Situated above the Neustift monastery in the South Tyrol, our estate is one of the most northerly vineyards in Italy.

Claudio Fenocchio is a Traditional producer based in Bussia, his estate covers a total of 14 hectares and his total production is about 80.000 to 90.000 bottles per year, subdivided in 11 wines.
Claudio runs the fifth generation on his family of wine makers, he consider his farm an organic business although he hasn't been certified yet; They are participating, however, to the European project that encourages sustainable farming and they follow agricultural practices passed on for generations. Claudio combine the newly purchased vineyards with those from his family heritage to craft a quality wine that best represents its territory of origin, which we aim to protect in any possible way. What has given consistency and shaped his family farming business for generations is the respect for the work of his forefathers and the willingness to continue this tradition.
The business was founded in 1920 by great grandfather Bepi and later continued by grandfather Salvatore and father Oreste. In the 1990s, with the help of his brother Mauro and mother Piera, Claudio continued the family tradition and passion for the land and wine handed down to him by his forefathers. The choice of focussing on Barbera and Timorasso is a message that tells us of the importance of quality and a stronger and stronger territory. Other vine varieties cultivated include Cortese, Freisa and Croatina, of which great satisfaction is expected. A trip to the company enables us to admire the view offered by the hills of Tortona and to taste the wines we produce in their various vintages. The vineyards have a total surface of 32,00 hectares, producing around 100.000 bottles.
Le Cimate winery was born in 2011 by the desire of Paolo Bartoloni to start a new adventure, following the old traditional passion for the vines, that Bartoloni family cultivated by the 1800.
Situated on a splendid hill top with a 360 degree panorama view of on one side the Monti Martani mountains and on the other side the city of Montefalco, the cantina ‘Le Cimate’, surrounded by it’s suggestive vines, has been constructed on the site of an existing building and takes the name of the actual location. This area which covers approximately 5 hectares now harvests 4 different types of high quality white grape vines. Today the area of Montefalco is above all famous for the extraordinary wines that it produces such as the Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG, a sweet desert wine with a high alcohol content from which the Montefalco Sagrantino dry wine derives with its very well sustained tannins and the Montefalco Rosso DOC wine which is a blend of sagrantino and other grapes local to the area.
Marco Merli is a producer of fine natural wines in the region of Umbria. The total production is about 15.000 bottles divided in 11 different wines, all of them with strong differences and fantastic characters. Marco and his father are truly genius. They know their wines and they are constanly improving new techniques and they are always working in new projects creating new wines.
The small production make this producer the most unique representation of Umbrian natural wine.

Carlo Tabarrini is the winemaker and the mind-piece of Cantina Margò.
His family used to made wine for their own consumption and grew grapes to sell.
In 2008, he started Cantina Margo, and from 2016 until now it has been his sole focus.
He began with .5 Hectares from abandoned vineyards in the South of Enea (Umbria),
and is now up to 3. He enjoys his "simple space to ferment grapes in peace, without too much technology.

Il Rio is charaterized by an artisanal production, organic or biodynamic, also with the aim to develop an entire territory. Paolo Cerrini was the first person in believing in a seemingly crazy project.
Florentine by birth, a goldsmith by profession, in the mid- 90s he decided to change his life and start experimenting the project in the Mugello area, at that time not considered ideal for viticulture, especially for the cultivation of Pinot Noir.
Today the company is spread over 2 ha, totally hand-crafted cultivated, producing all bio-dynamic wines.

La Spinosa was founded on 1982, located in Barberino Val D'Elsa, 20km South of Florence in Tuscany.
All the products of Azienda Agricola La Spinosa, especially the wines, are the direct expression of the territory they come from and the work of those who crafted them, nowadays just like thirty-five years ago. La Spinosa promotes and practices organic farming as a source of life, combating the looting of the environment to safeguard biodiversity and to protect the well-being of everyone. La Spinosa vineyards have a total surface of 12 hectares, producing 60.000 bottles per year.
The estate was founded by Alfo Bartolommei in 1965. The Bartolommei family settled in the Municipality of Montalcino at the beginning of the last century. The family originated from Podere Marzolo in the Municipality of Cinigiano (Province of Grosseto). The first bottle of Brunello di Montalcino is from the 1978 harvest and was put on the market in 1983. The Caprili estate spreads out over an area of 21 hectares in the southwest territory of the Municipality of Montalcino on the hillside which slopes down towards the Orcia and Ombrone rivers. Only 15.5 hectares of the land is covered with vines. Sangiovese Grosso is cultivated on a total of 14.5ha for Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. and Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C.G. Trebbiano, Malvasia and Vermentino varieties are planted on 0.8 hectares of land for S. Antimo Bianco D.O.C., while Moscadello is grown on the remaining 0.7 hectares in order to produce wine of the same name, Moscadello di Montalcino D.O.C.

Le Capezzine is an Institute of Agricolture located in Cortona, in Tuscany. Young generations of students are working in the vineyards and in the cellar all year, learning important tecniques to produce wine.
This producer is known for the Syrah, an authentic grapes who express himself very well in Cortona.
Vineyards are located at 400-450 mt, with a south-east and south-west exposure.
At Le Capezzine they produce also Chardonnay and Sauvignon Toscano, but also a great Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 5 years before to be released.
Yearly production is about 25.000 bottles.
Selvagrossa it's a Organic producer situated at 180 mt high near by Pesaro in the region of Marche. Thanks to the proximity of the sea (8km), the entire vineyards have a constant breeze who helps to keep cool grapes and vines enduring the warm season. Alberto Taddei and his brother Alessandro have about 3.5 hectares where they grow Albanella (Trebbiano), Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc.
Thanks to Alberto's experience (former Sommelier of Enoteca Pinchiorri, Florence) and Alessandro decided to start their adventure in 2002 as wine producers. Followed by Emiliano Falsini (oenologist), Selvagrossa wines have reached a great profile and a beautiful elegance.

L’Acino was started by three Calabrian friends who wanted to make wines in a thoughtful, light-handed manner that is not generally expected from this hot, bulk-wine-oriented region. They began in 2006 by purchasing an older parcel of local red Magliocco di Canino on a steep, windy hillside never been touched by chemicals; they planted massale selections of Magliocco and the white Matonico in 2007. Their farming is totally organic and incorporates biodynamics as well. Their sites are cooler than many, at up to 650 meters in altitude, with varied soils, generally sandy over hard rock, with clay, rocks and iron in the mix. Their Chora white and red bottlings are tank-aged "glou-glou"wines from their younger vines; Toccomagliocco is made from older-vine fruit. This trio's chosen name "acino" means simply "grape" in Italian and is indicative of the elemental focus of their project on the pure expression of local varietals.
Cataldo Calabretta represent the fourth generation of a family of winemakers. After studying Enology and Viticulture at the Faculty of Agriculture of Milan, he worked for a few years in a number of Italian wineries. Then, in 2008, he and his sister decided to refurbish the old family cellars and write a new chapter in our lives.
For over 10 years the estate is run according to the principles of organic farming, an ethical choice, which year after year is paying off: we have renewed the vineyards, continuing to cultivate the grape variety Gaglioppo on hilly land located in the heart of the historic production zone of "DOC CIRO”.
Calabretta do not use selected yeasts or activators for fermentation of any kind. In addition, we try to minimize the use of sulfites. In the cellar we renewed an old cement cuve, which is excellent for the ageing of Cirò wine.
Assuli vineyards are mostly located in the municipality of Mazara del Vallo in the west area of Sicily, majority of the parcels are from 100 mt to 250 mt high. Elegance and unique style are direct conseguences of the passion, all the efforts, the use of great resources, the consciousness and respect for the traditions that lie behind the Assuli wines. Cultivated grapes are Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grillo, Cataratto and Chardonnay. The autochthonous grape varieties develop an intimate relationship with the land adapting itself to it, almost to merge with it. They absorb the features of the limited area in which they grow to the point of characterizing the identity of the land itself.
