The age of vines are over 35 years old for the majority, some others where planted on 1998.
Vineyards are located at 280 mt and 350 mt high, with an exposure of south and south/west.
The soil composition consisting of clay and sandstone.
The maturation is done in Slavonian oak cask, with a capacity of little over 30 hl.
La Mannella 2013 is a complete Brunello, well balanced with an aromatic sweetness of rasperries, cinnamon and majoran.
A wide and austere wine with big potential on the aging.
The Estate is run by the Cortonesi Family, who is focus on respect the style, traditions and culture of the Brunello di Montalcino.
