The fermentation happens in natural manner without adding external yeast. The temperature of fermentation is between 30 and 33°C.
After the malolactic fermentation, starts the ageing process for 4 years in Slavonian oak barrels by 30, 40 and 60 HL followed by
refinement in bottle of minimum 6 months.
The Brunello di Montalcino is a wine with great personality, drinkable from the first day of release with a solid tannic structure but reaches its peak after 5-7 years in bottle when become well balanced and intense.
This dry and garnet coloured red showcases a complex nose releasing woody, spicy, fruity and vegetal scents. You will be charmed with this full bodied wine revealing a broad texture, fleshy tannins and a long finish.
It matches perfectly with pasta with meat ragu', roasted game, braised meat, mushroom.
