Grape: Sangiovese 100%
The Chianti Reserve is produced with selected Sangiovese grapes that underwent a slight drawing off process, followed by about 10 days of maceration at controlled temperature.
Garnet red colour with vermillion tinges, winey, spicy with hints of ripe fruit. Tannic and dry palate.
Chianti Colli Fiorentini Reserve goes well with typical Tuscan dishes such as braised meats and stews.
Serve at 18°-20°.
