Grape: Trebbiano Fiorentino 100%
An orange wine made with 30 days maceration on the skin in cement tanks, lithly pressured and tranfered again in cement tanks for malo-lactic fermentation. Refinement on the dregs with a constantly batonnage for 10 months. This wine is bottles after 18 months from the harvest made without any clarification and filtration.
Natural fermentation without any yeast addition.
SULFUR DIOXIDE: TOTAL:10 MG/LT, FREE 1MG/LT No sulphite addition. Bottles produced were 1290 in 2014.
