Grapes: Sangiovese 50% - Merlot 30% - Cab. Franc 20%
Muschén is a blend from different parcels surranding Selvagrossa winery, mostly of the grapes are harvest in September.
Vinification starts into stainless vats (50hl - 80hl), enduring the fermentation 2-3 times fulling per day.
Malolactic fermentation is made inside stainless tun.
Muschén is a rich frutty red wine with a strong scent of wild blackberry.
