Grape Varieties: 60% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot, 15% Sagrantino, 10% Cabernet

The different varieties of grapes are harvested and vinified separately.
The skin maceration lasts 15 days and the fermentation happens in fixed temperature of 25°C for around 20 days.
Aged 12 months in oak barrels and refined 6 months in bottle before placed to the market.
Clear and luminous ruby color, this wine is intense at the nose with aromas of wild berries, black plum and cherries.
Medium to full body, earthy with a pleasant woody notes, the sweet tannins give the last touch to this red that can be drank as of the first day or being aged for few years.
Matches very well with pasta, truffle, grilled meat and mushroom.
