Grape Varieties: 90% Sangiovese vinified in white, 10% Albanella
Tasting notes: Aromas of citrus fruit mixed with white flowers and aromatic herbs as sage. Nice acidity and a bit of saltyness.
Location of Vineyards: Pesaro, first produce in 2017
Vineyards: Located in the hills just outside Pesaro on Italy’s Adriatic coast. The average elevation of the vineyards is 250 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Fermenting in temperature controlled stainless steel after crash it in soft press with full cluster!
Vines per hectare: Between 7000 to 3.500 plants per hectare
